How should influenza vaccines be stored?
All 2026–27 influenza vaccines, including inactivated, recombinant, live attenuated, and mRNA vaccines, should be stored refrigerated at 2° through 8°C (36° through 46°F). Do not freeze influenza vaccine, and do not use vaccine that has been frozen. Follow each manufacturer’s package insert for product-specific handling and storage information.
