Where can I obtain standing orders for vaccination?

Immunize.org has developed suggested standing orders templates for all vaccines routinely given to children and adults. We do not produce standing orders templates for combination products (products that combine vaccines that also are given separately). We also do not routinely produce standing orders templates for vaccines that are infrequently indicated or require clinical risk assessment (by definition, the need for clinical assessment precludes use of a simple standing order for routine administration). These standing orders templates are based on CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) recommendations.
