How can I find out if our state or locality has an Immunization Information System (IIS), or registry, in which I might participate?

As of 2021, every state has an IIS that is capable of accepting and storing immunization records on individuals of all ages. To find out the status of the IIS in your state you should contact your state IIS program. CDC maintains a listing of contact information for all state IIS programs at www.cdc.gov/vaccines/programs/iis/contacts-registry-staff.html.
