Section 1: Influenza is now described as "very contagious." Fatigue is listed as a complication of the disease. 
  Section 2: Information about 2004 Institute of Medicine report about thimerosal was added. It also says "If you are concerned about thimerosal, ask your doctor about thimerosal-free influenza vaccine." 
  Section 3: CDC added to the list of people at high risk for complications from influenza, "People with certain muscle or nerve disorders (such as seizure disorders or severe cerebral palsy) that can lead to breathing or swallowing disorders." 
  Section 5: The first paragraph has some changes. the last sentence (about simultaneous administration) is simpler.
