As a subscriber to "Vaccine Update for Providers" from the Vaccine
Education Center at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, you
likely work on the front line of primary care. You certainly know
that providing immunizations is an essential element of protecting
your patients. If you’re looking for a great way to stay up to

IAC Express, (available online at
www.immunize.org/express), is a weekly newsletter produced by
the Immunization Action Coalition (IAC). It is emailed to more
than 50,000 subscribers every Wednesday and provides articles that
succinctly summarize the week’s important immunization
developments. IAC Express keeps you informed about new and updated
vaccine recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention and new vaccine licensures by the Food and Drug
Administration. You’ll read about newly posted Vaccine Information
Statements and their translations, new CDC-reviewed immunization
education materials from IAC, the latest resources released from
CDC and other organizations, and important journal articles. IAC
Express also provides information about webinars and other
educational opportunities, many of which offer free continuing

for children and adolescents, as well as the adult immunization
