As most of you know, for many years IAC has been a partner of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). CDC currently provides IAC with support for four major activities--publishing IAC Express, "Ask the Experts," Vaccine Information Statements (VISs) and their translations, as well as creating ready-to-print immunization education materials for healthcare professionals and their patients.

Under the requirements of our CDC agreement, we must evaluate the impact our activities have on your immunization work. To do this, we have prepared an online survey about IAC Express, "Ask the Experts," VIS translations, and our handouts and educational pieces.
