"Just thought you would like a little feedback on the wonderful school nurse letter the IAC has [What if you don't immunize your child?]. A local school nurse found a letter on the web that she wanted to give to parents who take religious exemptions. It was quite strongly worded and to me seemed threatening. I suggested the school nurses look at the IAC letter. WOW, was it well received!! Gets the point across with a much softer tone, not intimidating at all, while still clearly points out consequences of not immunizing. On behalf of the school nurses in Suffolk County, New York, thanks so much for all you do to help the nurses get children immunized."

"Your site is great, and I'm sure we'll be using much of the material. Thank you for publishing current, accessible, free material!"
Boulder County Public Health, CO, December 16, 2005
"Your service and information are second to none. Thanks for all your help."
Travel Medicine, Rancho Mirage, CA, December 2, 2004
"Thanks for all your good work and information. You are my lifeline."
Ohlone College, Fremont, CA, December 1, 2004
"In the past few years, the Michigan Department of Community Health has distributed more than 300,000 IAC adult immunization record cards. We love the IAC adult immunization record cards--they are bright, easy-to-read, and virtually indestructible. One of my coworkers even added a card to a load of laundry and it came out legible and intact. The card is indestructible!"
Michigan Department of Community Health, August 12, 2004
"We recently purchased the 'Immunization Techniques' video from IAC and we found it quite good and helpful for our purposes. We thank you for your website and for the way you are always on top of everything. Thanks so much."
Infectious Diseases Prevention Program, Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington Health Unit, Kingston, Ontario, Canada, February 5, 2004
"I have been using the Immunization Techniques: Safe, Effective, Caring video for about 10 months and want to rant about the quality [video was developed by the California Department of Health, Immunization Branch, and distributed by IAC]. Thank you for making it so easily available. I have been in staff development for 18 years and have used many videos to augment learning experiences. This is one of the gems, incredible quality.  Thank you so much for providing a cutting edge service. You are the first place I look for information on vaccine issues."
Children's Hospital, Columbus, OH, February 17, 2003
"Hi IAC, I love you, I love you, I love you and I love all the resources you develop in the fight against hepatitis B transmission and other VPDS!!..."
North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, August 7, 2002
"We have just received our cards [IAC's adult immunization record cards] and they are wonderful. We placed an order for 200, to try them out. They are very nice quality and the patients really like them. Would it be possible to request additional cards..."
Health Services, Jackson State Community College, Jackson, TN, July 29, 2002
"I just read the IAC EXPRESS and want to thank you for the temperature log. I heard about it at the NIC but hadn't had time to call Michigan about availability. Your materials and information are very appreciated. Thanks again!"
Nebraska Health and Human Services, Lincoln, NE, May 14, 2002
"Thank you for your quick response to my e-mail. I really appreciate it and your help. As I said before, your site has been a huge benefit not only to me, but to my colleagues as well. You would not believe how many printouts I have taken to my supervisor and had approved to hand out to numerous private providers throughout the state. Parent education is a huge downfall in many practices, and the sooner we can get the doctors, nurses and other staff members to understand this and do something about it... the better! And believe it or not, giving invalid doses is an issue too. That's where the Summary of Rules comes into play. There is no reason for a nurse or MA not to know the minimal intervals between vaccines, along with everything else. And your chart couldn't be easier to read and understand... I thank you again for your help and generosity."
Indianapolis, IN, April 16, 2001
"I downloaded your MSM brochure on Hep B (it's fantastic!) and will be using it to promote our clinic's vaccination service."
Montrose Clinic, TX, February 13, 2001
[Regarding Summary of Rules for Childhood Immunization] " I give them out to all the residents, as well as shrink them down, post them in every exam room in the clinic, my practice, every nurse's station, give the to med students and all the clinic nurses. Everyone loves 'em..."
Albert Einstein Medical Center, Department of Pediatrics, Philadelphia, PA, May 9, 2001
"I wanted to let you know that I use your materials more frequently than any other resource. Since my 'clients' are medical professionals, it is imperative that I provide information that is current and from a dependable source. Thank you for being that source to me."
Occupational Health Services, Hospital for Special Surgery, NY, May 15, 2000
