OOPS—WE LINKED YOU TO A FAULTY FILE ON OUR WEBSITE

In the June 7 "IAC EXPRESS" (issue #463), we accidentally gave readers a link to a faulty file. If you downloaded and printed the most recent version of our one-page patient education sheet "Reliable Sources of Immunization Information: Where to go to find answers!" please discard any printed copies and reprint from the link below.

The faulty file was missing a small amount of text in the section "Books for Parents." In addition, the images in the right column were fuzzy. Before you distribute the education sheet to your patients, please be sure the text is complete and the images are crisp.
