CDC-TV: H1N1 Vaccine Questions? ...ask Dr. Anne
Chief Science Officer Dr. Anne Schuchat answers parents’ questions about the 2009 H1N1 influenza and the vaccine to protect against it. The video (9:55 min) is free to download from CDC's website. Children aged six months through 24 years are recommended to receive H1N1 flu vaccine.

It's time for the public to vote for the best video among 10 that were chosen as finalists in the HHS infuenza prevention PSA contest. HHS asks viewers to tell the agency which PSA delivers the influenza prevention message best. Voting starts on YouTube at 12:01 am (ET), Saturday, August 29, and runs through 11:59 pm (ET), Wednesday, September 16.

School nurses have joined together as Voices of Meningitis to reach parents with an important message: Although rare, meningococcal disease is a serious bacterial illness that can potentially cause death or disability of an otherwise healthy teen within just one day.

The video features soccer legend and mom, Mia Hamm who talks about the importance of getting a seasonal influenza vaccination this year and every year.
