updates are issued. Please ensure that your patients receive

The pregnancy registry for Gardasil has been terminated by the manufacturer. Consequently, the reference to the registry has been removed from Section 4 of
the Gardasil VIS. Minor wording changes throughout. Stocks of the previous VIS may still be used as long as patients are made aware that the registry no
longer exists. The updated VIS has an edition date of 5/17/13. |
