laminated for heavy-duty use. They are designed in vivid
color for easy reading and come complete with essential
footnotes. Also includes a list of contraindications and
precautions that should be considered before vaccines are
administered.

Children and Teens," which is adapted from "General Recommendations on
Immunizations: Recommendations of the Advisory Committee on
Immunization Practices" MMWR 2006;55(No. RR-15):10-14.
