OOPS! READ THESE CORRECTIONS TO "IAC EXPRESS" ISSUE #164 ON
REVISED EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS

Please note the following two corrections to the May 16, 2000, "IAC EXPRESS" story regarding the availability of revised Immunization Action Coalition (IAC) educational materials:

1. IAC incorrectly reported that an updated Spanish-language
    version of the "Screening Questionnaire for Adult Immunization"
    is now available on its website. However, the version that was
    available was dated 2/97. A revised version dated 5/00 will be
    available in the next few days, and its availability will be
    announced in a future issue of "IAC EXPRESS."

2. IAC incorrectly reported that a new camera-ready version (PDF
   format) of "Ask the Experts" is now available on its website.
   However, the PDF version of "Ask the Experts" is no longer
   available due to the size of the document. Please note that the
   PDF version dated 4/99, which was available on IAC's website
   until May 17, is no longer current and contains outdated
   information. If you downloaded this document, please discard it.
