Are you familiar with IAC's
website at vaccineinformation.org -- if so, please take our survey!
As many of you know, IAC maintains a popular
website for the public and health professionals at
www.vaccineinformation.org. The website contains Q&As, photos, and videos
about vaccines and vaccine-preventable diseases.
If you are familiar with this site, we ask that you take our online survey
located at
http://www.vaccineinformation.org/surveyvi/?wherefrom=iacx
Please DO NOT take this survey if you have already filled out our popup
survey, which was available from the www.vaccineinformation.org home page
between June 12 and July 8.
We will use the results of the survey to improve our services and better
serve you.
If you would like to review www.vaccineinformation.org, please go to
http://www.vaccineinformation.org
The survey is located at
http://www.vaccineinformation.org/surveyvi/?wherefrom=iacx
Thank you so much!
