Tips for ensuring that you receive
all IAC Express messages and that they are easily readable on your
display.
Spam Filtering
Sometimes our messages are rejected or deleted by spam filters on some of
our subscribers' email systems. In order to avoid this happening on your system,
we ask that you or your system administrator "whitelist" our return address
which is: express@immunize.org.
By "whitelisting," we mean setting your email system to always accept
messages from express@immunize.org, regardless of any spam analysis of the
messages' content. Doing this will make certain that you do not miss any of the
valuable information we work so hard to send your way each Monday.
Microsoft Outlook
There is a bug in Outlook 2002 and Outlook 2003 that causes lines in IAC
Express messages to run together rather than appear on separate lines as they
should. This problem can be fixed by changing a setting in Outlook.
Simply go to the "Tools" menu and select
"Options...". Then click on the "Preferences" tab and click on the
"E-mail Options..." button. Finally, make sure that the box next to
"Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages" is UNCHECKED.
